Clients can cancel their subscription at any time, and it will continue until the next renewal date. We reserve the right to cancel a user's plan at any time.
5. Use of Work:
By signing up for our services, you agree to let us use any work we create for you on our public website, social media accounts, showreels, or case studies unless otherwise specified for each specific request. We may also use work done for one client as a starting point for similar projects for other clients, while ensuring that each project is customized and unique.
6. Intellectual Property Rights:
You retain full ownership of the intellectual property rights for any work we create. However, we reserve the right to claim authorship and use the work in our public case studies, portfolios, and promotional materials.
7. Revisions:
Due to the unlimited nature of our service, we offer unlimited revisions. However, if you terminate your plan, you forfeit the right to any further revisions.
8. Client Responsibilities:
Clients are expected to provide as much detail as possible for their requests. We may ask for additional information, and prompt responses are essential. We do not refund any time wasted due to delayed client responses.
9. Limitation of Liability:
We take no responsibility for any negative outcomes resulting from the use of our designs. It is the client's responsibility to review and approve all work before using it.
10. Use of Templates:
To speed up the initial drafting process, we may utilize templates. However, all final work provided to clients will be customized and tailored to their specific requirements.
11. Termination:
Users can cancel their subscription anytime before their next renewal date. However, if they cancel after their next renewal, the plan will continue until the end of the current billing cycle before terminating, regardless of how quickly they cancel (e.g., even if canceled within an hour of renewing, the plan would still continue for the next month before terminating).
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.
13. Client Feedback and Approval:
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals during the project timeline. Delays in providing feedback or approvals may impact project timelines and delivery.
14. Third-Party Materials and Content:
If you provide any third-party materials, content, or assets for use in the project, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share such materials. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of third-party materials.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers, for effective communication regarding the project.
